Larger car loan for car accessories

A car loan can cover just the car you are purchasing, but if you can afford a more expensive car loan then it may be a good idea to upgrade your new vehicle with some extra accessories. An inbuilt DVD player, for instance, could be enjoyable for you and your family. You may also want a better sound system for your car or higher quality upholstery.
Be sure you can afford the higher cost before splurging on accessories, though. If you are using the car you are purchasing as security, you may also be restricted in what you can do with the vehicle. Find out any limitations before taking out extra money that will merely add to the overall cost of your car loan.
